Size Issues:
We understand that selecting the right size is important. Please note that Chikankari products may have a slight variation in sizes, typically within ±2 percent. Therefore, we recommend referring to our size chart and contacting us before placing an order if you have any size-related queries.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for products due to size issues, considering the inherent variation in Chikankari sizes.

Defective Product:
If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, we are here to assist you. In such cases, we require you to provide us with a clear parcel opening video, showing the defect. Please send this video to info@threadsofpanache.com. If the defect is evident, we will initiate a reverse pickup for the product. Here's how the return process works:

Reverse pickups are either arranged by us or customer will have to ship the parcel to us at the following address:

a. Packaging the Product:

Place the defective product in a secure packet. Ensure that it is safely packed to avoid any damage during transit.

b. Return Slip:
Before the reverse pickup, please ensure that you attach the return slip to the package which will be mailed by us. This slip serves as proof of purchase and helps us process your return efficiently.

c. Reverse Pickup:
Our designated courier service will collect the package from your provided address. Please keep the package ready for pickup at the scheduled time

Quality Inspection:
Once we receive the returned product, it will undergo a thorough quality inspection. We will assess the defect and verify if it aligns with our return policy.

Refund Process:
If the product passes our quality inspection and meets the return policy criteria, we will process your refund request. You can expect to receive a complete refund within 7 days of us receiving the product. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used during the purchase.

Non-Returnable Scenarios:
Please note that return requests will not be entertained for reasons other than manufacturing defects. We kindly request you to carefully review your order before making a purchase.

Change in Size/Delivery Address/Phone Number:

If you’d like to make changes to existing details in the order such as your size, delivery address or phone number, please reach us at info@threadsofpanache.com with the subject “Order Number + Revised information”. We will facilitate the same if it hasn't been shipped.
